Job Role
· Provides a friendly and personalised welcome for guests
· Offers an attentive service to guests.
· Promotes the F&B offer
· Working in Conference & Events setting up and serving large events
· Working both behind the bar and offering table service to our valued guests
· Acts as an Ambassador for the brand by ensuring the highest standards of personal grooming and hygiene at all times.
· Ensures that the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation are met by preparing the restaurant, point of sale and preparation areas and ensuring they are kept clean at all times. Ensures they are left clean and tidy at the end of service.
· Familiarises themselves with dish composition and any shortages for every service.
· Adapts to fluctuations in levels of events and guests by being organised and prepared.
· Ensures all equipment is kept in good condition.
· Takes part in meeting the department's targets by following the standard operating procedures and internal audits applicable in the hotel.
· Upsell where appropriate

· Someone with bags of personality - you don't need to have worked in hotels before but a strong and friendly personality with a can do attitude is a must
· Be great with people - enjoy their company and want to exceed their expectations
