Duties of the role will include:
Payroll Management
1. Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll
2. Managing employee queries
3. Filing statutory payroll returns
4. Dealing with payroll related matters and statutory compliances
Sales Ledger
5. Processing company stores weekly sales
6. Ensuring timely Invoices & Credit notes are raised to all customers
7. Calculation of franchise fees
8. Issuing Monthly Statements to customers
9. Preparation of Aged Debt report
10. Updating and maintaining customer records
Cash Book and Nominal Entries
11. Posting & Allocation of receipts and payments
12. Daily Bank reconciliation's of all company Bank accounts
13. Posting of revenue Accruals and deferrals
Other Duties to include
14. Investigating and resolving queries from Franchisee’s regarding Royalty & Marketing Fees
15. Assisting with Payroll Processing
16. Assisting Internal Audit & Compliance Team
17. Undertake any reasonable task on the request of the Accounts Team
Skills & System knowledge
18. Sage 200 preferable
19. Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel)
20. Sage Payroll Experience Essential
21. Knowledge of Foreign Currency conversions & Postings
22. minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
23. Attention to detail essential
24. Team player & ability to communication with all levels
