The Opportunity
The company has a new opportunity for a real estate lawyer to join its Glasgow city office. In this role, you will have responsibility for managing your own portfolio, including landlord and tenant, estate management and development work. You will be part of a team of lawyers who are based in several offices around the UK.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include providing strategic and commercial advice to the business with a focus on supporting the asset managers.
About You
A strong commercial real estate background with experience as a Scottish real estate lawyer is essential. Excellent drafting and negotiating skills are also essential with asset management experience being key.
The role will suit an individual with strong commercial acumen who wants to work closely with the business and who is interested in a wide-ranging position; who can manage a range of tasks at one time and who is comfortable working directly with the business. Strong interpersonal skills are also key.
