Position Summary
Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee a team of like‑minded individuals whilst being committed to leading by example, motivating others, and providing exemplary service to our guests.
You’ll have experience motivating a hospitality team, be highly conscientious and be ready to hit the ground running.
This is a full‑time position (45 hours per week). You will have full availability to work a range of shifts on a rota basis including weekends.
Qualifications
* Experience at Assistant Manager / Supervisor level within a similar environment.
* A passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage with strong product knowledge.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Dedicated to providing excellent customer care.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
* A desire to work in a professional guest‑focused hotel environment.
* Professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
