The Company:
Our client, a leading OEM in the Building Management Systems sector, is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join their expanding division. This role is due to growth of the department and offers great long term progression as the team develops.
The Role:
As a BMS Service Team Leader, you are responsible for a small team of nationally based service and commissioning engineers as well as doing your own hands on maintenance.
This role is covering the whole of the UK and is a mixture of site visits and working from home. (approx 70% on the road 30% working from home)
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a small, nationally based team of service engineers
* Carry out hands-on maintenance and optimisation of building management systems (BMS)
* Work across a range of commercial and industrial sites
* Diagnose and resolve system faults and technical issues
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Ensure systems run efficiently to support energy management and occupant comfort
* Collaborate closely with clients and project teams
* Deliver tailored BMS solutions to meet site and client requirements
* Use advanced digital tools and analytics platforms to monitor and improve system performance
Package:
* £55,000-£65,000 salary

Requirements:
* Strong experience in BMS Servicing (Desigo, EcoStruxure, Tridium etc)
* UK Driving License
* Ideally experience in a management or team leader position
* Great communication skills needed
