As a result, there is an immediate recruitment for a new Warehouse and Distribution Day shift Team Leader / Front-line Manager (FLM). This is a day’s position - 4 on 4 off days, no nights Industry: Retail Logistics Food FMCG Are you: • A motivational hands-on leader, experienced in coaching and developing a team? • Great at multi-tasking effectively and thrive on challenge? •As a warehouse Team Leader, reporting into the Warehouse Manager, you will manage an area of the operation in a busy distribution/warehouse hub. You will lead and develop a small team of operatives across, achieving and exceeding your performance targets. Work within daily tight deadlines to ensure customers receive their orders. What does a successful Dayshift Warehouse Team Leader look like?
