PSR are working with a contractor undertaking a large commercial project in the Northwest. The Contractor requires a Planner to get involved with a scheme in Liverpool. We are looking to recruit an experienced Planner to get involved with a live construction project.
\n\nYou will be an integral part of our client's delivery team. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging new build project, utilising your expertise and contributing to the successful planning and execution of a large commercial project.\n\nYour Day-To-Day Duties:\n\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring they align with project objectives and timelines\nCollaborate with project stakeholders to gather relevant information for accurate planning\nConduct risk assessments and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential delays\nMonitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the schedule\nWork closely with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination\nUtilise industry-leading planning software and tools to optimise project efficiency \n\nThe Requirements\n\nProven experience as a Planner within the construction industry\nStrong understanding of new build projects, with exposure to projects valued up to £100 million\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nRelevant qualification in construction management or a related field \n\nSalary & Package\n\nOur client recognise the importance in their people, investing heavily in them through development, support, and of course remuneration.The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on an individuals experience.
