Responsibilities
* Partner with key business functions to support financial performance and operational decision-making
* Prepare financial analysis, reporting packs, and presentations for senior stakeholders
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
* Identify trends and improvements
* Assist with internal audits, process improvements, and strengthening financial controls
The Person
* Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
* Commercially minded with a proactive and problem-solving approach
* Strong Excel skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
