English Teacher – Full-Time, Permanent Location: Tamworth (B79) Salary: £32,433 – £42,352 per year We are seeking a dedicated and skilled English Teacher to join a supportive secondary school catering to students aged 11–18 with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with students’ personalised outcomes. * Support pupils in achieving GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications. * Contribute to EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) reviews and meetings. * Promote positive relationships with students, parents, carers, and other professionals. * Embed social, moral, spiritual, and cultural learning opportunities within lessons. * Complete mandatory safeguarding and professional development training.
