Operational Office Manager Permanent, full time working 37 hours per week term time only for 42 weeks per year (38 weeks during term time, 5 INSET days and 15 additional days worked across the academic year as directed by the Headteacher) Salary: Grade 7 £29,093 to £32,654 per annum pro rata Actual salary: £27,066 to £30,378 per annum The successful candidate will join our busy office team and take responsibility for leading on office systems, payroll and recruitment processes and supporting financial planning. With a key role in the management of budget and supporting the Headteacher with confidential administration, this role offers variation and challenge. We’re looking to appoint a colleague who is capable of working as an integral part of our team, contributing to school improvement and with the initiative to respond to problems.
