About the Role:
We’re looking for an Asbestos Business Manager to take charge of operations in the South East. This is a mix of hands-on management and strategic growth – you’ll be overseeing local teams, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and helping to build strong, lasting client relationships.
You’ll be the go-to person in the region: managing the day-to-day, driving new business and representing the business with confidence and credibility.
This role suits someone who’s commercially focused, thrives with autonomy and enjoys taking ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of the Asbestos Business Manager:

Leading day-to-day operations across the South East

Managing and supporting a small local team

Ensuring consistent quality across all projects

Building strong client relationships – from first contact through to long-term partnership

Helping grow the business through a mix of new wins and account development
What we’re looking For:

Strong background in asbestos consultancy
*
BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH3 qualified
*
Proven leadership skills and a background in client-facing roles
*
Confident with clients and able to lead from the front
*
A proactive approach to business development and growth
