What you NEED
Proven hands-on experience within Building Management Systems
Background in service, maintenance, support, commissioning or projects
Ability to diagnose faults across BMS controls, plant interfaces and HVAC systems
Experience with one or more major systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Cylon or similar
Strong client-facing communication skills and professional approach on site
Full UK driving licence
Right to work in the UK without sponsorship

Role & Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on BMS systems
Diagnose and rectify controls, communication and plant integration faults
Support upgrades, modifications and improvement works
Undertake commissioning or software adjustments depending on experience
Liaise with clients and site teams professionally
Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately
Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives
