You’ll sit at the intersection of culture, data and storytelling. Turning audience insight into clear, opinionated creative strategies that actually cut through.
What you’ll own
* Creative strategy across multiple client accounts
* Campaign concepts, territories and messaging frameworks
* Briefs that actually inspire — not confuse
* Platform-first thinking (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
* Audience insight and cultural intelligence
* Creative testing frameworks and hypotheses
* Close collaboration with creative, growth and media teams
What you bring
* 3–5 years in creative / brand / content strategy
* Strong portfolio showing thinking behind the work
* Deep understanding of culture + platform behaviour
* Ability to turn insight into clear, actionable strategy
* Confident presenting and defending ideas to clients
* Comfortable using data to shape creative decisions
Nice to have
* Experience in performance / paid media creative
* UGC / creator-led strategy
* Interest in how AI is changing creative production
