Trainee Account Executive – Entry Level (Paid Training Provided)

Sage Partners is expanding its Birmingham team and is looking for a motivated Trainee Account Executive to join us in an entry-level capacity. No previous experience is required — we provide structured training, ongoing support, and a clear pathway into account management and leadership.
The Role
From day one, you’ll be trained to represent well-known UK brands in a face-to-face environment. Your focus will be on building rapport with customers, supporting live client campaigns, and contributing to team performance targets.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to campaign delivery, customer engagement, and performance tracking. As your confidence and capability develop, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, moving toward client account ownership and business development involvement.
Training & Progression
* Initial Development: Practical training and one-to-one coaching to build strong foundations in customer engagement and campaign execution
* Skill Growth: Increased involvement with client strategy, performance reviews, and account support
* Career Path: High performers can progress into Account Executive and Account Management roles, with longer-term opportunities in leadership and operations
