VDA / Estimator Vacancy - Telford Leading Accident Repair Centre
1. Basic Salary: Up to £37,000 depending on experience
2. OTE: £43,000
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator:
6. Carry out detailed vehicle damage assessments
7. Prepare accurate and timely repair estimates
8. Liaise with insurance companies and customers
9. Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations
10. Manage repair processes from initial assessment through to completion
Requirements for the Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator:
11. Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator within an accident repair centre
12. Audatex / ATA qualification beneficial but not essential
13. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
14. Excellent communication and customer service skills
15. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
