We have an excellent team ethic, great retention rate of employees, and have a vacancy for a Care Coordinator to join our team Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Coordinator Updating the schedule with regular customer calls Creating and updating the diary (roster) of calls on the system Managing changes to the regular roster Handling incoming calls Keeping digital and paper records up-to-date Providing admin support to the Care Manager Sharing on-call on a rotational basis once you have settled into the role and are confident in this task In all of the above tasks, you will be given training and support until confident to carry out the role. Experience and skills: We are looking for someone with the following qualities.
