Milton Primary Academy is part of Windsor Academy Trust. We pride ourselves on our forward thinking approach to teaching and learning and would like to appoint someone who wishes to engage in high-quality professional development to further improve the quality of teaching in their classroom. Some of our KS2 classrooms are starting to use digital technology via iPads to support teaching and learning as we aim to prepare children for the future. Experience in using iPads as part of daily teaching would be desirable, but not essential. As a two form entry primary school, the successful candidate will have a year group partner to work alongside, as well as further opportunities to work with colleagues across the family of schools in Windsor Academy Trust. We have a broad and comprehensive professional development offer, both in school and across the trust, which means staff at all levels continue to grow together towards providing consistency in approaches for the pupils.
