The Portal Administrator role is a new position based in our Dudley office. It involves maintaining customer portals, ensuring compliance, and meeting key SLAs, while also seeking revenue opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Gather and update service information for portals
* Manage customer expectations regarding technician attendance
* Obtain and upload quotes to the system
* Review reports to identify revenue opportunities
* Handle customer and business queries
* Coordinate with technicians to meet SLAs
* Identify and escalate process gaps, suggest solutions
* Manage daily workloads to meet SLAs
* Maintain accuracy under deadlines
* Build relationships with stakeholders
* Collaborate to improve information quality
* Support colleagues and contribute to team goals
* Participate in meetings, share ideas and issues
* Apply experience to solve current problems
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas
* Strong IT skills
