Purpose
:
To support and carry out a wide range of internal and external electrical work across the stadium and associated facilities, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard, in compliance with relevant regulations, and in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform routine electrical maintenance and repair tasks on all electrical systems, equipment, and installations across the site.
2. Carry out minor electrical installations and upgrades as required.
3. Provide hands-on assistance with matchday preparations and other stadium events, ensuring all electrical systems are safe and operational.
4. Support and collaborate with other trades and departments as needed to ensure smooth stadium operations.
5. Participate in on-the-job and external training programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and compliance with industry standards.
6. Adhere strictly to the company’s procedures regarding security, loss prevention, and keyholder responsibilities.
7. Maintain full compliance with company policies including Health & Safety, Environmental Regulations, Equal Opportunities, and Anti-Harassment protocols.
8. Complete all tasks with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

9. Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation
10. Understanding of current electrical safety standards and regulations
11. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the demands of live events and matchdays
12. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
13. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach
Qualifications:
14. City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (2357) or equivalent
15. Achievement Measurement 2 (AM2)
16. IET Wiring Regulations – 18th Edition (BS 7671)
Desirable (but not essential):
17. Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671
18. City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 – Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations
