We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager in Livingston.

Dine provides tailored food services to 140 clients in the business and industry sector. You will be providing outstanding service to staff and customers while guiding and motivating your team to perform at their best. As the Chef Manager, you need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business. You will maximize team performance, lead by example, and set high standards.
You will also aim to enhance sales and provide excellent service to our customers. Building a strong relationship with the client to meet their needs and contractual obligations is essential.

* Services: Breakfast, Lunch, Hospitality, and Retail
* Leading the onsite catering team of 1 with 150 customers on site
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house environment
* Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
* Completing weekly reports and bookkeeping
* Stock taking and ordering
About You:
* Experienced Chef Manager in a similar role, ideally in contract catering, producing food and following recipes and menus
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging and motivating others
* Experience managing client relationships
* Results-driven with a focus on quality and processes
* IT literate (MS Office and email)
* Business management experience within a kitchen environment
