Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail?
Our client, a growing wealth management platform, is looking for an Operations Executive to join their friendly and supportive Client Servicing team on a full-time basis in Bath.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support advisers and clients with ongoing servicing, including ISA transfers, withdrawals, platform setups, and client updates
* Handle inbound enquiries and serve as the first point of contact across phone, email, and other channels
* Prioritise and process daily tasks while maintaining high service quality and meeting KPIs/SLAs
* Identify client solutions and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture focused on Consumer Duty and continuous improvement
About You:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Confident working independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals
* Detail-oriented with strong data processing and analytical abilities
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to develop your skills
* Comfortable handling inbound/outbound calls (platform training provided)
* Knowledge of ISAs, SIPPs, or financial services qualifications is beneficial
* An interest in the financial markets is a plus
