They're looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team on a 12-month temporary contract, supporting day-to-day operations in sales, purchasing, and general admin. Key Responsibilities: Support the Sales Team with processing customer enquiries and sales orders Assist with maintaining quality and administrative procedures Provide support to the Purchasing and Accounts (Bought Ledger) functions Help update the Company Website and manage drawing/document control systems Maintain good office organisation and cleanliness Undertake training as required and follow all Health & Safety protocols Liaise closely with managers and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Perform other ad hoc duties as neededWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in office administration (ideally in manufacturing or similar) Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive and flexible approach to varied responsibilities Full UK driving licence and own transport is essentialWorking Hours Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm.
