Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Must be available to work every other weekend

We are currently looking for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our Oxford team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about care and team development who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Role Purpose:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to ensure care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with our high standards. You will be responsible for supervising care staff, supporting onboarding, maintaining compliance, and helping to improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
Carry out client risk assessments and care planning
Conduct initial introductions between carers and clients
Respond to emergency situations and provide rapid response care when needed
Maintain client confidentiality and promote client well-being Staff Supervision & Support:
Monitor, supervise, and support carers in the field
Conduct spot checks, observations, and competency assessments
Provide guidance and training to carers
Assist with care staff recruitment and introductions Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure care delivery meets all legal and regulatory standards
Record and report incidents and improvements
Conduct quality assurance checks and investigate service concerns
Maintain accurate records and documentation Team Contribution:
Support training sessions and induction days
Participate in on-call rota (including weekdays and weekends)
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Experience in a care setting, preferably in a supervisory or senior care role
NVQ/QCS Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
Strong understanding of care principles and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Computer literate with good administrative ability
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards of care Desirable:
Experience with care planning, staff supervision, or training delivery
Additional Information:
You must have the right to work in the UK
This role is subject to a DBS check
Weekend and on-call working is required on a rota basis
