Ganger Required - Ayrshire
We are looking for an experienced Ganger to join a leading civil engineering and construction contractor on a high-profile project in Ayrshire. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work for the right individual.
Details:
* Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (9.5 hours paid)
* Duration: 4 months
* Pay: £22.71 per hour (CIS)
Responsibilities:
* Supervising and working alongside a team of Groundworkers
* Overseeing drainage and service installations
* Ensuring all site works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
* Reading and working accurately from site plans and technical drawings
* Coordinating with site management to maintain progress and quality standards
Requirements:
* Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card
* Proven experience leading a team on groundworks or civil engineering projects
* Strong knowledge of drainage, ducting, and utility installations
* Full Right to Work in the UK
