We are an established bathroom and tiling installation company based in Yeovil, delivering high-quality supply and installation projects across Somerset and Dorset.
We are growing steadily and are looking for a commercially minded Sales & Showroom Executive to strengthen our sales pipeline, improve quote conversion and support our showroom operation.
This is a structured, salary-based role. There is no commission. Performance is recognised through progression and a discretionary year-end bonus linked to overall company profitability and contribution.
The Role
This is a proactive, phone-focused sales role combined with showroom and sales administration support.
You will take responsibility for structured follow-up of quotations, contacting new and existing prospects, managing enquiries and helping convert opportunities into confirmed work. Alongside this, you will support the showroom manager and directors with appointment booking and general sales administration to ensure the pipeline runs smoothly.
This role requires someone confident on the phone, organised in their approach and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
* Follow up all issued quotations in a consistent and disciplined manner
* Proactively contact new and previous customers
* Re-engage past enquiries to generate repeat and referral business
* Convert enquiries into booked showroom appointments and site visits
* Maintain accurate CRM records and clear next actions
* Provide weekly updates on pipeline activity and expected revenue
Showroom & Administrative Support
* Cover the showroom when required
* Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
* Book appointments for the showroom manager and directors
* Support customer communication and sales documentation
* Assist with light social media posting and customer email campaigns
This is not a reactive or purely administrative role. It requires consistent proactive activity alongside organised support work.
What We Are Looking For

* Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
* Organised, disciplined and reliable with follow-up
* Comfortable balancing proactive calling with showroom duties
* Looking for a stable, long-term role within a growing local business
Experience in sales, showroom retail, home improvement, kitchens, bathrooms or construction-related sectors would be advantageous.
