ABOUT THE ROLE: A female adult living in a family home in Mansfield requires support with daily living tasks, personal care, and transfers due to MS. The role involves providing emotional and practical support, assisting with daily activities, and helping the client stay engaged in the community.

Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support with all daily living tasks as needed.
* Assist with transfers and daily mobility, including use of a hoist during set transfer times.
* Support with household chores (cooking, washing, hoovering, sweeping the kitchen floor, cleaning the bathroom, and ironing as required).
* Support emotional well-being and motivation; engage in activities to help maintain mood and brain health, including listening to music, quizzes, brain teasers, and hobbies.
* Support with accessing the community and accompanying the client to shops, coffee shops, and other activities; driving is essential due to mobility needs.
* Be flexible to cover changing hours, annual leave, and sickness on a pro rota basis as part of a planned rota.
About You
* Local to the area with flexibility, patience, a calm presence, and a genuine caring nature.
* Professional, discreet, and supportive of independence while respecting the client and home.
* Female candidates only; experience with mobility support and MS knowledge is beneficial, with full training provided.
* Ability to work with a team of PAs and adapt to planned rotas and variable hours.
Hours and Pay
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Hours Per Week: Mixed shifts – Monday to Friday 9:00–14:00 and 17:00–21:30; Saturday and Sunday 9:00–14:00 and 17:00–22:00; sleep-in nights 22:00–07:00.
