Overview
HB Partners is working exclusively with a Multi Academy Trust that has sites in North Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, to recruit a Senior HR Adviser to work across two sites in Hampshire.
Only candidates with school-based HR experience will be considered for this role
Responsibilities
* lead and coordinate HR operations across two sites
* ensuring compliant and high-quality HR practices
* day-to-day leadership of two school-based HR Officers
* recruitment, onboarding, ER and compliance
* strategic project work with the HR Director
Qualifications
* be CIPD Qualified to Level 5
* have experience of working in HR in a school setting
* be willing to work on site during the school term and WFH during school holidays
* have the confidence to oversee HR across two sites
* be an excellent communicator—written and oral
