Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Operator for a civils project starting on 26th September 2025. This is a short-term contract expected to last around two weeks, with competitive day rates paid via CIS.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on a busy civils site
*
Carrying out excavation, grading, trenching, and drainage works
*
Assisting with lifting operations and material movement as required
*
Working closely with groundworkers and site supervisors to maintain smooth site operations
*
Ensuring all operations comply with health and safety standards
*
Conducting daily machine checks and basic maintenance
*
Reporting any faults or issues to site management
Requirements:
*
Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket with 360 Excavator (above and below 10 tonnes if applicable)
*
Proven experience on civil engineering or groundwork projects
*
Full PPE
*
A strong understanding of health and safety practices on site
*
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
