What’s the role all about? Picture a role where you’re the go-to person for people matters — the calm, knowledgeable voice guiding managers through everything from tricky conversations to everyday HR queries. You’ll: Be the ER expert – managing cases from start to finish (investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence… you name it) Coach and support managers – helping them handle situations confidently, fairly, and in line with best practice Keep things compliant – making sure processes, documentation, and decisions align with employment law and company policy Own the detail – from accurate notes to well written outcomes, you’ll make sure everything is clear, consistent, and watertight Keep HR running smoothly – supporting the inbox, admin, and day-to-day operations behind the scenes Spot improvements – identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to make things work better for everyone What makes you perfect for this role?
