*Schedule:* Sunday - Thursday. 15:45 - 22:25
*About the role:*
As a Shunter at Lynas, you'll be the engine behind our outbound operation — safely moving trailers and rigid trucks on and off loading bays, parking up loaded units ready for departure, and keeping the yard running smoothly. When the yard is quieter, you'll roll up your sleeves and support the loading team. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who takes pride in doing things safely and right first time.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* To support the underlying principle of Creating a Great Place to Work.
* Manoeuvre trailers and rigid trucks (incl. 18-tonne) on and off-loading bays in the right sequence
* Park up loaded vehicles in the correct yard positions ready for onward departure
* Carry out daily walk-around checks and report any defects without delay
* Couple and uncouple trailers safely — legs, lines, dock locks and pins checked every time
* Keep the yard clear, organised and safe — communicate clearly with supervisors and drivers
* Support the loading team during quieter periods of the shift
*Essential Qualifications and Experience *
* Shunter's licence OR Cat C (Class 2) HGV licence
* Clean Driving record
*Desirable Qualifications and Experience *
* 6 - 12 months shunting experience in a busy yard
* Cat C+E (Class 1) licence
* Valid Driver CPC & digital tachograph card
* Warehouse/loading experience
*Work Authorisation*
* Must be eligible to work in United Kingdom.
* Position is on-site, based in Coleraine
