As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will manage the front desk, handle enquiries and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
