Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary - £53,000 Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights, 6am-6pm) Hours: 42 per week Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping production running smoothly? We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and improving our manufacturing operations. What You'll Do Ensure the continuous running of production by eliminating downtime through safe, logical fault-finding and maintenance. Work on a variety of equipment, including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems. Carry out planned and reactive engineering activities on-site. What We're Looking For Apprentice-trained in a similar position (ideal). Electrical qualifications such as C&G 2320 P1 & P2, ONC, NVQ 3, 18th Edition or equivalent. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Practical, hands-on approach with experience in: Electrical fault finding and defect rectification. Routine maintenance activities. Mechanical fitting, hydraulics, and pneumatics (advantageous). Ability to diagnose maintenance problems and provide accurate recommendations.
