They are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional to make a real impact, driving new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
This is a predominently homebased role or hybrid depending on location.
What we’re looking for:
* A minimum of 3 years’ proven B2B sales experience
* Target-driven, with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Ideally, knowledge of apprenticeships, skills training, or funding streams with experience in a similar business development role
* We will also consider applicants from strong sales backgrounds outside of the sector who can demonstrate the ability to deliver results
The role will involve:
* Proactively generating new business opportunities across the North West and Yorkshire & Humber
* Building and maintaining strong, professional client relationships
* Driving growth through tailored solutions that meet client needs
* Working towards agreed KPIs and contributing to overall business success
What’s on offer:
* Competitive basic salary of £36,000 – £38,000
