What you'll be doing: Managing client accounts Raising and sending daily/monthly invoices Handling queries, credits and adjustments Maintaining and updating the sales ledger Monitoring and updating the Aged Debtor listing Chasing and collecting payments/Credit Control Allocating cash to invoices and credit notes Keeping vendor portals updated Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects You'll need: Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience Availability to start at short notice Happy working in the office 5 days a week A proactive, organised approach This is a great opportunity to step into a supportive team in a business that genuinely values the people keeping things running.
