We've partnered with a global HealthTech company that's transforming how health professionals work. Part of an established global healthcare technology group, they serve 50k+ health professionals worldwide and are now in a critical growth phase, expanding internationally, modernising their platform, and embedding AI-powered capabilities across their product suite.
They're looking for a Director of Product to lead their global product organisation and drive the next phase of growth. You'll own the product strategy across their entire platform, lead the transition of millions of patient records to the cloud, manage international expansion into new markets, and shape the future of AI in workflows. You'll lead a product organization of 20+ across multiple regions, reporting directly to the CPTO 🌍
What's needed 🔎
* 10+ years' product experience, with at least 5 years in director-level roles
* Proven track record of scaling product organisations and delivering growth in B2B SaaS
* Exposure to both startup/scale-up and enterprise environments
* Strong commercial and GTM mindset
* Experience navigating regulated markets and complex stakeholder landscapes (healthcare, fintech or similar)
* Hands-on leadership style with genuine passion for product
