Job Title; Property Manager - Mandarin Speaking Salary; Basic salary £30,000 plus a quarterly paid commission incentive. OTE; £36,000 Location; Vox Studios, 1-45 Durham Street, SE11 5JH This role includes up to one day per week working from home after successful completion of the probationary period. The Role You will be part of a highly knowledgeable and fast paced team. As an agency with a significant presence in South East Asia, you will be one of our dedicated property managers dealing with our overseas clients in managing their high net worth properties. This role will allow an individual to grow their knowledge and experience within the residential property management sector, and they will become part of an ever growing and ambitious company in Johns and co. Your Responsibilities as a Property Manager: As a Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service. You will proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes. Your Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. You have experience in residential Property Management, with a proven track record of success. You are highly self-motivated, with a clear drive to advance your career. You are an exceptionally organised and composed individual. You resolve inquiries and issues with exceptional speed and efficiency.
