Alison Gray Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting Mechanics to join a well-established tyre company in Derry/Londonderry. Pay:£15.50 per hour, plus a guaranteed commission structure based on the work you complete, after 12 weeks Hours:Monday to Friday 9 to 5:30 & Saturday 9:00 to 1:00, after 12 weeks you will have 1 Saturday off per month Responsibilities: Carry out light vehicle servicing and safety checks Replace and fit brakes, suspension components, and exhaust systems Perform tyre fitting, balancing, and puncture repairs Test vehicles after repair to ensure work meets required standards Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used Skills: Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in light vehicle servicing (3 years) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy workshop Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for vehicle repair tasks Ability to diagnose and resolve common mechanical issues accurately Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers To apply, please forward your CV for consideration.
