Behaviour Management Support – KS3 & KS4 Full-Time | Ongoing | Start: January TARA Recruitment is working in partnership with a large secondary school to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Management Support professional to work across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a full-time, ongoing position, starting in January, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people to succeed both academically and socially. The Role: As a Behaviour Management Support professional, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting students who may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to ensure a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
