Service Advisor - Motor Trade in Gloucester. Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm, Saturday morning on rota 8-1pm. Salary: £30,000 to £32,000.

Service Advisor Duties
* Greet and assist customers when they arrive for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs, acting as the primary point of contact
* Book vehicles into the workshop, maintain regular updates to customers throughout the service process
* Support the after-sales function by working closely with workshop controllers and assisting the Service Manager in the efficient running of a busy department
* Manage customer expectations professionally, ensuring transparent communication and a high level of service at every touchpoint
* Upsell additional products and services to both new and returning customers, contributing to departmental growth
Key Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership, bodyshop, or independent garage, or transferable skills with customer facing skills
* Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to work weekends
