What you’ll be doing:


* Leading the design + delivery of public sector projects (mainly healthcare)
* Running jobs across multiple RIBA stages
* Coordinating technical teams + engaging directly with Tier 1 + 2 contractors
* Managing client and consultant relationships
* Making sure everything aligns with HTM/HBN and NHS regulations
* Supporting juniors + contributing to wider studio goals


What you’ll need:


* ARB registration + 3 years post-Part III UK experience
* Experience delivering healthcare or other public sector schemes
* Revit + AutoCAD proficiency
* Strong understanding of HTM/HBN standards
* Leadership experience and confident client-facing approach
