About the Role
You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of property transactions. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
* Handle a range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.
* Advise clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring clear and practical guidance.
* Support first-time buyers, including those utilising co-ownership and government-backed schemes.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to progress transactions efficiently.
* Draft and review contracts, reports on title, and related legal documentation.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate case records.

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
