They are looking for an exceptional Social & Content Manager as they enter new international markets and new categories with an exciting NPD pipeline. 🚀
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
* Social & Content Ownership: Own the social and content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Content Planning: Plan and manage content calendars and campaign rollouts
* Creative Production: Lead content creation end-to-end, including briefing, shoots and delivery
* Social-First Content Creation: Produce engaging video, Reels, graphics and infographics
* UGC & Partnerships: Manage UGC creators, influencers and brand collaborations
* Performance & Reporting: Track results using analytics and optimise campaigns
* Community & Engagement: Support community management across social platforms
* Asset Management: Maintain and organise brand content and creative assets

Do you have the following to apply? ✅
* Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing brand social channels and creating social-first, short-form content. Experience in Cap Cut / Final Cut Pro desirable.
* Creative Skillset: Strong eye for design, photography and video, with a natural ability to generate new ideas
* Hands-On & Proactive: A self-starter who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and making things happen
* Creator & Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with agencies, freelancers and content creators
* Data & Performance Focused: Confident using social analytics to track performance and optimise campaigns
* Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, campaign-led environment
* Social Trend Aware: Passionate about social platforms, trends and emerging opportunities
