About The Role

Pay Frequency: Weekly
Hourly Rate: £13.20
This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.
Life as an AMFRESH Machine Operator:
* You will take care of our production machines are on citrus, grapes, or loose lines.
* You will complete regular diary logs of the machine's performance throughout your shift.
* You will feed new customer packaging into the machine such as seals or netting.
* You will collaborate with your line leader to improve the line's efficiency.
* You will report any mechanical faults promptly, fault find, and inform our engineering team.
* You will manage any machine downtime to prevent the line's stopping.
* You will keep the machine clean and ensure it is fit for purpose for the next shift.
* You will adhere to Health and Safety in the workplace and report any concerns to your Line Manager.

About You
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely results.
* Demonstrative experience to adapt to environments and make quick decisions, such as responding appropriately to solve problems.
* An awareness of the Production life cycle or willingness to learn.
