We’re Hiring: Operations Manager
Attleborough, Norfolk (5 days in office)
I'm partnering with a fast-growing, market-leading UK digital platform in the competitions space to find an exceptional Operations Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth business at a pivotal stage, working closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, optimise processes, and scale operations.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of the operational roadmap while leading a small team and driving performance across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Translating strategic priorities into an actionable operational roadmap
* Designing and optimising systems, workflows, and SOPs
* Managing and developing a team of direct reports
* Ensuring AML, GDPR & customer safeguarding compliance
* Analysing payment processing performance
* Building dashboards, setting KPIs, and tracking team performance
* Handling escalated customer issues and reviews
* Coordinating cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, product, content & finance
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational expertise with a commercial mindset:
* Proven experience in operations, process design, and systems optimisation
* Strong team leadership and management skills
* Data-driven, with experience in KPI tracking and performance analysis
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Advanced Excel / Microsoft Office skills
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* Commercially aware and proactive
