As our Engineering Project Specialist, youll spearhead the structured delivery of capital projectsso in-depth experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems is a must. Youll be the driving force behind solutions that delight stakeholders, collaborating with internal and external teams, and supporting engineering with complex troubleshooting. Lead Capex meetings and engage stakeholders using Arlas best-in-class project management processes Own the annual Capex cycle from proposal to presentation Ensure every project meets Arlas technical and safety standards, from automation to maintainability What You Bring
Hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing systems Strong grasp of Lean principles and SAP/OEE An Engineering Degree (or equivalent) plus Prince 2, APM, Agile or similar certification preferred A proven track record in commercial processes, sourcing, tenders, and negotiations Whats In It For You?
