Day-to-day responsibilities
* Delivering great service – ensuring the team provides a great customer experience and delivers sales through service.
* Muking in – helping the team get the job done: checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
* Inspiring – encouraging a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Asking questions and building relationships – making sure your team gets the development they need, supporting future business growth and succession and ensuring customers leave with everything they need.
* Leading – coaching, motivating and engaging your team from the front and creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Building a fun working environment – maintaining product availability and high branch standards while making the branch a place everyone loves to come to work.
