Were looking to bring in a Warehouse operative/FLT driver on the day shift, 4on 4off 1800-0600, for our new contract in Leicestershire. Based at their production facility, youll be responsible for picking and loading a factory fed warehouse operation.
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £12.97 per hr with a 1.25% increase for any overtime. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day:
Handling and putting away palletised goods
Stacking and handling palletsed goods onto trailers
Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improve
Putting pallets into the line feeder for production
What you need to succeed at XPO:
A track record ofoperating an FLT truck
A focus on health and safety
Experience within Warehousingwould be beneficial
Counterbalance license B1
Minimum of 2 years counterbalance experience
Preferred but not essential experience with double handling but training will be given
Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking but training will be given
