We're now looking for a Transport Coordinator to lead our driver team, oversee daily transport operations, and maintain a strong working relationship with our on‑site customer.
✅WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead and support a small team of drivers, ensuring clear delegation, daily supervision and effective transport planning
* Work closely with the on‑site customer warehouse and customer service teams, maintaining a strong operational relationship
* Monitor and communicate KPIs/SLAs, conduct team briefs, and drive high standards of performance, safety and service
* Oversee fleet and driver compliance, including Working Time Directive, driver hours, and general H&S requirements
✅WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Must have experience within a transport office or transport planning environment
* Strong understanding of H&S, fleet compliance, Working Time Directive and driver hours regulations
* Confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Office and transport systems such as eLogii, Tachomaster and Microlise
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and represent the operation in stakeholder meetings
