Recruitment Resourcer - Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid Working) - Facilities Management & Building Services
Are you looking to kickstart or grow your career in recruitment? CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team. This is predominantly a remote role, supporting a Senior Recruitment Consultant who specialises in permanent recruitment within the Facilities Management and Building Services industries.

Responsibilities
* Partnering with the Senior Consultant to source and engage high-quality candidates for permanent roles
* Writing, posting and managing job adverts across multiple platforms
* Proactively searching CV databases and LinkedIn to identify potential candidates
* Screening applicants, conducting initial qualification calls, and managing candidate pipelines
* Coordinating interviews and providing regular updates to candidates throughout the process
* Building long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a strong talent pool
Requirements
* Previous resourcing, recruitment or administrative experience is essential; training will be provided
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely
* Proactive, resilient and eager to learn
* Familiarity with the Facilities Management or Building Services industries is a bonus, but not required
