Base Location: Bathgate
Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week
Salary: £52,000 to £56,000 plus company car / allowance and fuel card.

Role Overview
Our company is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager (Electrical Bias) to join Sureserve Energy Services and help support the delivery of our contracts throughout Scotland. The role is to manage multiple projects within the Energy Efficiency sector. Experience in the energy efficiency or construction sectors is preferred but not essential.
What will you be doing?
* Day-to-day management of your team; responding to queries and carrying out visits of works whilst ensuring the Clients target dates are adhered to and any variations notified immediately.
* Ensure compliance for annual NICEIC audit as an approved contractor; assist with accreditation upkeep and work with Health and Safety to prepare for internal and external audits.
* Ensure Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and standards are adhered to, and all certification and documentation is completed accurately.
* Be fully conversant with all aspects of electrical installation, ensuring compliance with the IEE Wiring Regulations and appropriate materials used.
* Support the Health and Safety Department by investigating electrical incidents and reporting accurately and fully.
What Should You Have?
* Fully experienced Electrical Operations Manager with a proven track record in delivering electrical contracts and managing electrical teams of both direct labour and contractors.
* Initially responsible for business generation supported by the National Electrical Manager.
* Experience in field management including Health and Safety, quality and compliance management and P&L delivery.
* Experience in the domestic and commercial market with a strong discipline to deliver work streams safely and on time.
* Ability to monitor and assess performance of the team to achieve efficiency and KPI improvements.
* Ensure current staff are compliant with regulations and Company procedures; work with Health and Safety to keep training matrices up-to-date and coordinate courses to maintain qualifications.
